I am a speaker, writer, school leader, consultant, and human connector with more than 25 years of experience in education and leadership development. I founded Go to the Good Consulting and co-founded I.T.T.L. Work Consulting, LLC, where I partner with both educational and corporate organizations to strengthen culture and learning systems.
My purpose is simple: to help people feel heard, valued, and connected. My research in educational leadership focuses on the role of happiness in organizational success, showing that when people feel supported, performance and culture naturally thrive.

Philosophy and Approach
My philosophy is grounded in positivity and practicality. I believe that culture change happens when people feel supported and when systems make the right behaviors easy. My signature mantra, Go to the Good, reflects my belief that focusing on strengths and celebrating what works leads to sustainable success.
In every workshop, keynote, or coaching session, I bring laughter, energy, and actionable strategies that help leaders and educators build environments where people love to work and learn.
At Go to the Good, every partnership begins with listening and ends with growth.
I help organizations rediscover their strengths, build systems that sustain joy, and create communities where everyone can thrive.
